The Challenge
We were contracted to remove and replace a deteriorating TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing system that had become heavily compromised due to age and water intrusion. Upon removal of the existing materials, we discovered significant structural decay and corrosion in the original metal decking—likely in place for decades.
Large areas around rooftop penetrations were unstable, and insulation beneath the old membrane was crumbling. These conditions posed risks not only to the building’s integrity but to the valuable tenants and artifacts housed within.

Our crews worked diligently through the Texas heat, carefully removing the decayed decking and damaged insulation. Every step of the reconstruction was handled with attention to structural safety and preservation. Once new decking was secured, a high-performance TPO membrane system was installed—designed for energy efficiency and long-term durability.
